Return Policy
If an item
reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately
and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We
will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement
item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Return
Policy for broken or defective items
Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns. To return an item, please follow the steps below:1. Contact customer service using the Form below to receive an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Note: All returns must have an RMA to get processed. 2. Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package. 3. Include a copy of your invoice in your shipment. 4. Ship returns to the address provided by us with a tracking number (recommended for your protection). Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. 1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. 2. Sample items are not returnable.3. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be charged a restocking fee that can vary from 40% to 60% of the purchase price or returned to the customer at the customer's expense. After 30 days of purchase, all sales are final. All applicable product warrantees, still apply. There are no returns on catalogs or imprinted items. 1st eMart may periodically update this policy in efforts to improve our customer services. We will keep you informed of any changes to our policy by posting those changes on this website.

We do not guarantee the inventory information is 100% accurate. Product stocking status may change between the dates we update the website, which is about once or twice a week.
