Shipping Information
In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Business days are Monday through Friday. Ground shipments arrive within 3-8 business days of shipment, depending upon the delivery location.
Out-of-stock items are filled as quickly as possible. If there is any delay in the expected shipment we will contact you by email. If an item is out-of-stock, the money paid for that item is refunded to your account. Most often, unless otherwise specified, an out-of-stock item is likely to be back in stock fairly soon and can be reordered at that time.
For UPS Ground Orders:
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total merchandise value (Listed Retail Price) of your order according to the following chart:

Volume Shipping: Please note, for UPS Ground orders over $1500.00 shipped to a physical address, your shipping costs are just 6% of your Merchandise Value.
For PO Box Orders: Use the same formulas as above, but with a minimum shipping charge of $12.50 per order.
* For Gold Members, since your price is 50% of the Listed Retail Price, so the Merchandise Value mentioned here is twice of your cart Subtotal when the system calculates your Shipping and Handling charge.If you're not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item, just add it to your shopping cart, click Update. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping for you. Then you can remove it.
Please note: if you order weighs less than one pound and is shipping to a physical address within the Continental U.S., your order may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground. The same shipping rates apply.
For DHL Rush Shipping: 23% of the Merchandise Value, with a minimum shipping charge of $23 per order.
